Russian President Vladimir Putin recalled significant dates for North Korea during a brief interaction with the country's leader Kim Jong Un.
They exchanged greetings. The North Korean leader thanked for the invitation to come to Russia, as well as for the warm welcome.
Putin noted that he was happy to see Kim Jong-un. He recalled that recently there were significant dates for the DPRK - 75 years of the formation of the Republic, the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great War of Liberation, 75 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
At the moment the leaders of the countries are given a tour at the Vostochny cosmodrome.
Recall that Kim Jong-un is visiting our country at the invitation of Putin. The talks will discuss bilateral cooperation, trade and economic ties and cultural exchanges.
