The annual secret meeting of the Bilderberg Club, which brings together representatives of the world's political and business elite, has kicked off in the Swedish capital Stockholm. The event, as reported by Polish media, is being held at the Grand Hotel under heightened security conditions, and the police have completely cordoned off the surrounding areas.
According to the club's tradition, the names of the participants and guests of the meeting are kept strictly confidential and are not disclosed to the general public. This informal club, established back in 1954, annually gathers from 120 to 150 of the most influential representatives of politics, business and science from Europe and North America. Among the key topics on this year's agenda are the future of Ukraine and innovations in the military sphere.
In addition, the participants plan to discuss general issues of European security, migration problems and the rapid development of artificial intelligence. Thus, the most acute and important issues facing the Western world today are being discussed in a closed format in the Swedish capital.
Amid reports of Israeli strikes on Iran and an emergency meeting called by Donald Trump, it becomes clear why the world elite has secretly gathered in Sweden to discuss global security issues.
