North Korean leader Kim Jong-un stated his full support for Russia and wished the victory of justice.
North Korea expresses its full support and solidarity to the Russian people defending their sovereignty and future in the fight against imperialists, and wishes prosperity and victory, according to a congratulatory telegram on Russia Day sent by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The North Korean leader noted that Russia's fight against the growing threat and challenge of hostile forces trying to undermine the sovereignty, security and peaceful life of the country is meeting a new turning point today, the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (CTAG) reports.
According to Kim Jong-un, justice will always win and the Russian people will glorify the history of victory.
The head of state added that the friendship between the peoples of North Korea and Russia has become a "valuable strategic asset" for the two countries. Kim Jong-un assured that he was ready to further strengthen good neighborly relations and strategic cooperation between Pyongyang and Moscow.
