Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson has produced a second episode of the show despite claims from his former employer.
Journalist Tucker Carlson posted the second episode of his political show on his Twitter account, despite complaints from his formal employer, Fox News Channel.
In April, Fox News suspended the nation's most popular anchor from airing for unclear reasons, but continues to keep him on staff until 2025.
On the second episode of the show, "Tucker on Twitter," Carlson brought up the "erosion of the pedophilia taboo." The TV host accused a social networking site with its algorithms of spreading controversial content, mentioning the "weird and creepy" personal life of former American leader Barack Obama. Carlson also poked fun at incumbent White House Gov. Joe Biden, who called the ideology of white supremacy "the most dangerous threat" to the United States, more dangerous than a nuclear war with Russia or Mexican drug cartels.
The first episode of the Carlson show garnered 55 million hits in 24 hours. Afterward, Fox News reported the journalist for breach of his continuing contract. Carlson's lawyers responded by invoking the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees freedom of speech.
