London cannot hold Russia responsible for the bombing of the station, but the security services are working on it.
According to the Reuters news agency, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak admitted that official London cannot blame Moscow for the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant due to the lack of specific information.
He explained that the country's authorities could not attribute responsibility for the incident to anyone at the moment.
"You know, our security services and military are working on it," said the Prime Minister.
Earlier, a similar point was made in Washington. White House spokesman Kirby assured that the United States would be closely monitoring what is happening to get all the necessary information.
In his turn, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the destruction of the hydropower plant a barbaric act of the Kiev regime.
