In his video address to an international conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenski stated that the Ukrainian situation had united the EU and NATO countries. He also noted that there had not been such a unification of the organizations' members for several decades.

"The EU is now powerfully united thanks to us, Ukraine as well. The support of NATO countries shows that we have united the alliance, there hasn't been such a unification of the alliance for decades," the Ukrainian president said.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba earlier demanded from the West to explain why Sweden and Finland were invited to join the North Atlantic Alliance, while Ukraine could not be accepted there.

In addition, President Zelenskyy reported that the country's association agreement with the European Union was 63 percent implemented.
