On the eve of the new year the State Real Estate Inspectorate is responsible for compliance with the rules and regulations for the placement of Christmas tree bazaars. They will check the city bazaars, which began their work on December 20, Vladislav Ovchinsky, the head of the State Property Inspectorate of Moscow, commented.
Before installing a Christmas tree market, it is important to familiarize yourself with the placement scheme, to make sure that the object will be located in accordance with the requirements for non-stationary trade objects.
"This year the placement scheme includes 240 sites. In the course of control and inspection measures specialists of the State Inspectorate of Real Estate will check the compliance of the location and area of the Christmas tree market with the Scheme. Besides, there are obligatory requirements for provision of safe and comfortable urban environment: trade objects must not impede the way for pedestrians, complicate transport movement, take up sidewalks and lawns", - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
All Moscow Christmas tree bazaars should be located at a distance of at least 10 meters from stops of ground transport and underground pedestrian crossings and at least 50 meters from the lobbies of metro stations.
