On average, the price of apartments in new buildings in the old boundaries of Moscow has fallen by 0.7%.
Company "Metrum" conducted a study and found out how much are now new buildings in different districts of the capital. Experts have concluded that in almost all districts of Moscow new buildings of mass segment have become cheaper.
In October this year, the average price per square meter in new buildings of comfort and economy classes in the old boundaries of Moscow has fallen by 0.7%. It should be noted that apartments have fallen in price most of all in the Southern Administrative District - by 2.4%. North-Western and Western Administrative Districts took "silver" in this rating - 2.2%. And the "bronze" place is taken by Southwestern Administrative District - 1.7%.
It is noteworthy that there is a district, in which new buildings have become more expensive - it is the South-Eastern Administrative District. Housing of this type became more expensive there by 2.4%.
