Heating centres for the homeless will be opened in Moscow from November 1

It will be possible to drink hot tea in them and get a referral to the Social Adaptation Center.

Today, on October 26, the press service of Moscow mayor announced that from November 1 heating points for homeless people will be opened in the capital. Heating stations "Social Patrol" will not only take people who need to get warm. Also they can give them hot tea, and if necessary to give the direction to the Center of social adaptation of a name of E.P.Glinka - there homeless will provide with a night shelter and will render necessary help.

It is reported that such mobile warming stations will be open until April 1 of the next year. This service is extremely popular in the capital - at the beginning of this year, for three months, the heating stations were visited by more than seven thousand people. This gives people without a certain place of residence a chance to survive.

It should be noted that the social patrol buses will ride through the streets of the city and respond to citizens' requests for help. They will be able to accommodate up to 15 people. In addition, stationary help points will be located near Moscow railway stations.
