November temperature in the metropolitan area will be higher than the climatic norm. This was told by chief specialist of Moscow Meteorological Office Tatiana Pozdnyakova.
If usually in early November the temperature drops below zero, this year the daytime temperature will be +3, +4 degrees and night-time - down to -4 degrees.
The average daily temperature will gradually decrease during November. By the end of the month it is expected to -4 during daytime hours and the formation of snow cover up to five centimeters high.
