Moscow occupies a leading position in the field of export of creative industries. Moscow accounts for 64% of all creative exports of the country. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on his Telegram channel.
The geography of supply covers many countries. The development of this area is actively supported by the Moscow Export Center. In 2024, the volume of supported creative exports increased by 15 times and reached 1.2 billion rubles, he noted.
According to him, the main tool of brand promotion is participation in international exhibitions and forums. Moskvichi actively participate in cultural events of the city, such as «Winter in Moscow» and «Summer in Moscow», which create demand for creative products.
Moscow fashion week also plays an important role in promotion. Last spring, it was visited by more than 65 thousand people, and brands from nine countries took part. The fifth session will be held in the autumn at the park «Zairier».
Sobyanin added that Moscow continues to launch new international initiatives, such as the film week, creative forums and BRICS+ Fashion Summit. This strengthens the city’s position.
Recall that housing for the renovation program will be built on Pavlovskaya Street. Sobyanin opened a new two-storey sports complex in South Butovo.
