Most COVID-19 restrictions in Moscow will be lifted by summer

It will be possible if the infection situation does not become worse. In addition, business is gradually recovering now.

Moscow authorities predict lifting most COVID-19 restrictions by the summer, if the situation with the spread of the virus remains at the current level, said the deputy mayor of the capital on economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov in an interview for Russia-24 channel.

When the restriction on movement is lifted, the hotel business and the sphere of cultural events will be able to resume work, Yefimov says. He also notes that business revenues and attendance have been increasing in recent months.
