"It is planned to allocate over 30% of the liberated territories for the creation of urban infrastructure, in particular parks, playgrounds, promenade areas, free parking. Thus, a modern skating rink was created in the residential quarter in Ramenki," said Efimov.
Parking was located on an area of 1.2 thousand square meters. It was hidden behind the wall. The entrance passed through a post with security and an automatic barrier.
The parking lot was demolished after residents turned to the local prefecture.
