Such a decision was taken in the Urban Planning and Land Commission.
It is planned to build nine sports complexes in Moscow in the framework of new investment projects.
It is known that a positive decision was voiced by the Urban Planning and Land Commission who are ready to provide investors with more than 26 hectares of land for the construction of future sports centers.
This information was confirmed by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Property and Land Relations.
"Three sports complexes will be built in Khoroshyovo-Mnevniki. There will appear a large sports cluster, beach sports center with training areas, fitness and rehabilitation center, as well as an ice palace for figure skating. There is 8,8 hectares of land for these objects", - told Efimov.
It is known that for this project investors will be allocated land for a five-year lease without bidding.
