Students of Moscow schools are allowed not to attend classes when the outside temperature is -25 degrees.
The press service of the Department of Education and Science of Moscow reports that schoolchildren may not attend classes if the temperature drops to -25 degrees below zero.
According to existing norms, primary schoolchildren and preschoolers may not go to classes in educational institutions "when the outside temperature drops to minus 25 degrees Celsius," middle school students may not go to school when the outside temperature drops to minus 26-28 degrees, and high school students - at minus 31, notifies the press service.
The department noted that schools work even in unfavorable weather conditions in the prescribed manner, providing the educational process for students in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological rules and the optimal temperature regime in the premises.
