It turned out that the 47-year-old woman raises 15 children from 2006 to 2019 years of birth. Investigators believe that the woman bought children in the shelter and registered them on herself to receive benefits.
The day before detained another defendant in the case - a 30-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan. She gave birth to a girl in April 2015 and a boy in March 2016 and handed them over to a 47-year-old Muscovite, who registered them as children born by a surrogate mother.
