The construction of Khuamin Park Chinese Business Centre has been completed in Ostankinsky district of Moscow, reported the press service of the Moscow Construction Complex.
The total area of buildings included in the complex is 100 thousand square meters. The centre consists of a 22-storey hotel with 340 rooms, a 12-storey apart-hotel, a four-storey public building and a 21-storey office building.
Mosgorstroinadzor confirmed that the building was built according to all the rules and documents for its commissioning are being prepared.
Nearby, a park in traditional Chinese style is going to be laid out on an area of 5 hectares.
