According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his personal blog, the home regime for people over 60 years old and people with chronic diseases is extended until April 1.

According to the mayor, there is no data yet on how dangerous the new strain is for the elderly. Therefore, in order not to put them at additional risk, it was decided to extend the home regime for the elderly and chronically ill Muscovites until April 1.

Also until April 1 is extended the requirement for employers to transfer at least 30% of employees to the distance. According to Sobyanin, this measure is working quite well by reducing the density of the flow of people in office buildings and public transport, so to abandon it is clearly premature. The mayor urged to transfer to remote work the maximum number of employees, where possible.
