Clinical trials are taking place at two Moscow polyclinics, as well as at the Sechenov Medical University.
The capital city has launched studies of Sputnik-V and one-component Sputnik Lite vaccines, which are adapted to the new XBB-1 coronavirus strain. This was announced by Moscow Deputy Mayor for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
The research will take place on the basis of Sechenov Moscow State Medical University, on the basis of branch No. 3 of the city polyclinic No. 64 (Izmailovo district) and on the basis of branch No. 5 of the city polyclinic No. 62 (Aeroport district). The work will be carried out within three months and will involve 50 volunteers.
After that, the drugs will be purchased so that all Muscovites will be able to vaccinate themselves and protect themselves from the disease.
