According to a statement on the official website of the mayor of the capital, in 2021, specialists from the State Inspectorate for Real Estate checked over 44,000 Moscow organizations for compliance with security and covid prevention measures.

According to the head of the department, Vladislav Ovchinsky, out of 44,466 thousand examinations, violations were found only in 1.4% of cases. Employees of enterprises should be provided with sanitizers, masks and gloves. Employees and visitors are required to maintain social distance, and enterprises must monitor body temperature. Workplaces should be equipped with partitions and protective screens. These preventive measures help reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus.

The largest number of violations identified during inspections are associated with non-observance of social distance. Inspectors also faced the lack of masks and failure to comply with the requirement to transfer part of the employees to remote work. Inspections will continue in 2022.
