November 15, it became known that the Moscow government has allocated additional money in the amount of 1.3 billion rubles to help patients with cancer and cardiovascular disease. The necessary decree has already been signed by the head of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.
It should be noted that most of this amount will go to treatment, which is not included in the MHI oncology, transplantation, cardiovascular surgery, neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics.
Also part of the money will go to treatment, but already under the compulsory medical insurance for hematology and radiotherapy in inpatient settings. With all that money it will be possible to perform 20 transplants, more than two thousand operations in oncology, more than 340 operations for patients with cardiovascular disease, and more than 240 operations on endoprosthetics. This will be invaluable assistance to all those who suffer from the aforementioned diseases.
