In Moscow, the operating season for summer cafes opens on April 1.
On the official website of the mayor of the capital specifies that the owners will be able to start installation and arrangement earlier - from March 15, and all changes must be included in the scheme of the city.
The head of the Department of Trade and Services of Moscow, Alexei Nemeryuk said that the capital's summer cafes are popular with visitors because of the special atmosphere and their placement is free for the owner.
"To install a summer terrace must be included in the city placement scheme. Since 2021, it has become much easier to do this - this service has been converted to electronic form. Get it entrepreneurs can at any convenient time, without waiting for the beginning of the season "- said Nemeryuk.
According to him, to date in the city scheme is already 3328 such cafes.
It is also convenient that the owners have the opportunity to keep the construction of seasonal cafes with individual projects from November 15 to March 15.
