Moscow authorities report an achievement in removing abandoned cars from the city. Thanks to the popular internet resource "Our City", more than 100 abandoned cars were removed in January this year.
Moscow residents could notify about the presence of abandoned cars left in the streets and yards of the city by sending a photo to the portal "Our City" with the address and location of the car.
Alexander Pischelko, the head of the SCU, notes that last year, according to information from Muscovites, more than 3.8 thousand cars were removed, and for 12 years of the portal's work - more than 51 thousand. Cleaning means removing cars that are not moving or have serious damage, such as flat tyres, broken windows or missing parts. The decision on the cleaning of the car is made by the Commission.
Recall, in Moscow will sell four sites for housing construction. Over 82,000 residents of the South Administrative District will be relocated to modern flats.
