Moscow residents will take part in the development of children's educational tourism

The project «Moscow - City of Discoveries» will be held from August 22 to 28.

Registration for it has opened on the City of Ideas platform. Project participants will be able to make proposals for the development of educational tourism.

As part of the City of Discoveries, children will visit popular places in Moscow and get acquainted with the professions of the future.

So far, more than 7.5 thousand children from different regions of Russia have traveled along eight routes.

Now Muscovites will be able to share ideas for further development of the program, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina.

"City of Discoveries" currently implements routes: "Transportation and Space", "Energy", "Digital Technologies and Telecommunications", "Urbanistics", "Biotechnology and Biomedicine", "Humanitarian Technologies", "Creative Industries", "Ecology".

Within the framework of the project schoolchildren acquire professional skills in universities, technoparks and clusters. When they return home, they prepare research papers.

Interactive programs help children to choose where to go to study.

Recall that in Gorky Park there is a service of stewards. Guys will help vacationers to build a route, tell about the sights.

They will also be able to provide first aid and call medics.
