In Moscow launched a service for the disposal of unnecessary things, which since the beginning of 2024 allowed to dispose of 550 tons of cars, motorcycles, household appliances and furniture. This is reported on the website of the mayor of the capital.
According to the Mayor's Office, the service "Removal of unnecessary things" works daily. If the request is left before 18:00, the recyclables can be removed the same day. The removal process itself takes no more than half an hour.
The service offers free removal of bulky household appliances, cars and motorcycles. However, for items that require complicated processing or cannot be recycled, such as furniture, wooden products, waste paper, small household appliances, mattresses and pianos, paid services are available. Fees are listed on the service page and correspond to average market prices. The price includes dismantling, loading and environmentally friendly disposal.
On one request you can specify an unlimited number of items, after which you need to agree the date and time of departure with the partners of the service. On average, the service receives about 700 requests per week, of which more than 85% are sent for recycling and reuse.
Earlier it became known that in the north-east of Moscow will build a new chord highway. Also, four Moscow railway stations will also be stopover points for HSM-1.
