The press service of the Level Group developer reports that a park will be laid out in the capital on the territory of the South Port - an analogue of New York's Central Park, RIA Real Estate writes.
Central Park occupies 340 hectares in the center of Manhattan. The company said that they intend to organize a similar large park area with an artificial lake in the Yuzhnoportovy district. A bridge will be erected over it, which will create a through connection between the two streets. One street will be located along the north side of the complex, and the other - from the south.
“Together, the bridge and the pond will create a laconic form of landscape,” the company said.
The new park will organize recreation areas, picnic areas, as well as greenhouses, an outdoor cinema, children's and sports grounds. It will be located on an area of more than 2 hectares in the center of a new high-rise residential area.
