The centers will operate in pilot mode, but if they prove useful to residents, they will become basic. Specialists of the centers will help even in case of mood reduction.

In the near future, two pilot mental health centers will open in Moscow, where it will be possible to receive comprehensive psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance, Deputy Mayor for Social Development Anastasia Rakova told Rossiya 24 TV channel.

If such centers will be useful to residents, there will be more of them, and the geography will also expand. In case of stress, post-traumatic syndromes, various neurotic conditions, and even in case of low mood, specialists will help. They will carry out diagnostics, consult on getting rid of anxiety and fear, tell you how to solve the conflict.

Consultations in the centers can conduct both group and individual.

Earlier we told you that Russians began to turn to specialists for help more often. Among the most common reasons are stress and adaptation to it.
