It is worth noting that Gennady Levkin, the general director of Stockmann said that negotiations with the owner of the selling space were going on. According to him, the amount of investment could be about a hundred million rubles.
It's worth noting that talks with the owner of the retail space on Tverskaya are being conducted not only by the owner of Stockmann but also by representatives of other major retailers. And it's not yet known exactly who the landlord will give preference to. Nor are the brands "fighting" for the space being named.
