A decision has been taken to increase the norms of per capita financing for pre-school and general education. The corresponding decree was signed by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.
From September 1, the norms of per capita financing for schools and kindergartens will be increased at the expense of the capital budget.
The new norm for pupils of the first-fourth classes will make 147,8 thousand rubles per year, that is by 3,6 thousand rubles more than the current level. For the fifth-ninth classes the standard will increase to 166.5 thousand rubles, increasing by 1.7 thousand rubles. For tenth to eleventh grades it will amount to Br186.9 thousand, also with an increase of Br1.7 thousand.
The normative costs per one preschool pupil for full-day groups will increase to 219.6 thousand rubles, an increase of 10.3 thousand rubles over the previous level.
Since 2020, all schools and kindergartens in Moscow, both state and non-state, receive budget financing according to unified per capita norms. For kindergartens, the norms have become uniform for all age groups. This approach provides equality of opportunities for receiving quality education for all Moscow children.
Earlier in Moscow told about the support measures provided to the families of soldiers of SVO. Also in the capital it is now possible to help to collect children for school from new regions.
