Motorists should reduce the speed of traffic and increase the distance to the cars ahead. Also, one should avoid sudden maneuvers.
Cars should be parked far away from billboards and unstable structures. Pedestrians should also refrain from walking under the canopies, near the roofs of tall buildings.
