Repair was started with clearing and renovation of the facade. Specialists have removed cracks and restored the brickwork. Later, durable paint was applied to the facade.
Workers replaced gutters and downspouts, and the building's plinth was re-plastered.
The roof was replaced, wooden elements were watered with fireproofing compound, and the temperature and humidity conditions were leveled with new insulation materials.
It is reported that the 1912 house was built according to an individual project with elements of neoclassical style.
