The city provided 18 land plots to investors at a preferential rate of one ruble per year for the implementation of the MaIP. The planned area of new industrial facilities will be about 1 million square meters. The volume of investments in the projects may exceed 100 billion rubles, said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.

The head of the Department of City Property Maxim Gaman added that seven of them are located in New Moscow, and their total area is almost 85 hectares. In the new districts it is planned to create production facilities for building materials, foodstuffs and batteries for electric transport.

Land plots for the realization of large-scale investment projects are provided without tenders. Investors planning the construction of significant objects for the city can get the status of MaIP. Within the framework of this program 46 plots have already been allocated at a preferential rate of one ruble per year.

Earlier Vladimir Efimov told that one more business center will be built near Dmitrovskaya metro station. Also in New Moscow will launch a new meat production.
