In some areas it will be cold up to -18, but the sun will shine.
Scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center Roman Wilfand said that in the near future Muscovites are expected a little frosty, but sunny weather. So, today, November 28, will be the warmest day of the week - during the day will be 3-4 degrees below zero, and at night the thermometer will drop to 5-8 degrees below zero. On Tuesday it will be a little colder, the temperature will fall by an average of two degrees more.
But since Wednesday the daytime temperatures will range from 6 to 9 degrees below zero, at night they will drop to 10-15 degrees below zero. It will be even colder in Moscow region - about 18 degrees of frost at night. It should be noted that this is below the climatic norm. Such weather corresponds to the last week of January, when it is very cold.
But, according to Wilfand, despite the frost, the weather will be comfortable - there will be no wind, and only sun and sparkling snow, just like in Pushkin's works.
