Trained candidates of any age can apply for the best jobs on the job market.
Residents of the capital's older generation have an opportunity to stay in demand by mastering a new modern profession. The center "Professional" is ready to help people of age in this, inviting them to take free training courses, said the head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of Moscow Evgeny Struzhak.
According to him, professionals with many years of experience are often much better guided in their professional activities than young people. However, today their weak link is the inability to apply knowledge in practice in full due to the lack of digital skills.
Thanks to the wide range of professional development opportunities offered by the center, trained candidates of any age can compete with young people, apply for the best jobs and share their experience, said the official.
More than 1.5 thousand people have already been trained at the Professional center since the program was launched.
The support program is designed for people over 50 years, but not reached retirement age, as well as working pensioners. To receive training at the center, you do not need to be registered in the capital, just be an employee of one of the Moscow companies.
