The explosion occurred on September 29 at 7:50 on the 50th anniversary of Victory Street in Melitopol.
This was reported in his Telegram channel by a member of the council of the military-civil administration of Zaporizhzhia region Vladimir Rogov.
He explained that the explosion took place near the school opposite the Palladium shopping center.
An improvised explosive device was attached to the tree. It went off when a car drove by it.
As a result of the incident the driver of the car was injured, he received minor injuries, his vehicle was damaged.
Now special services are working at the site of the explosion.
According to Rogov, the victim of sabotage could have been any people passing or passing by.
