The incident occurred recently in Syktyvkar, in the Orbita neighborhood.
On May 24, a 35-year-old previously convicted man broke into the building of the Asian cuisine delivery service on Tentyukovskaya Street in Syktyvkar, Life.ru reported citing the Shot Telegram channel. He stated that the smell of food from the delivery service, which he called a “drying room”, was penetrating his apartment. At that moment there was a woman nearby, who was preparing food and tried to respond to his claims.
The enraged man grabbed a knife and stabbed the 31-year-old woman several times in the back and stomach. Eyewitnesses managed to pull him away from the victim and called police and an ambulance. The woman died on the spot.
A criminal case has been opened over the murder. The attacker was detained.
