The Federal Security Service detained a foreign citizen in Khabarovsk who was involved in financing an international terrorist group.
According to the ministry, the 26-year-old native of one of the Central Asian countries is involved in a crime, which is provided for in the article "Assistance in terrorist activities." The man voluntarily transferred money for the needs of the Dzhebhat al-Nusra armed groups (a terrorist organization banned in Russia).
Moreover, the security forces identified four of his compatriots who knew about the crime, but did not inform the law enforcement officers about it. Cases have also been initiated against them.
