According to RIA Novosti, police had taken 53 people to police stations by 09:00 Moscow time (08:00 Moscow time) on September 25. Demonstrators are actively blocking city streets, trying to cause transportation collapse.

Recall that the disobedience actions began last Tuesday. The reason was Azerbaijan's forceful operation in Nagorno-Karabakh and the helplessness of incumbent Prime Minister Pashinyan, who recognized the enclave as part of the neighboring state.

Earlier, Armenia's Investigative Committee accused the son of former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan of beating four law enforcers during Friday's protests.
