The origin of the fire was on the fourth floor, what caused the fire is not yet known.
The largest fire in the history of the city occurred in Valencia, Spain. A 14-storey apartment block was burning, the fire engulfed the building very quickly.
"The fire was reported on the fourth floor of a building in the Campanar neighbourhood of Valencia. It is spreading to more floors," local emergency services told social network X.
People were unable to get downstairs from their flats. They wet towels and went out onto balconies shouting for help.
According to local media, at least 13 people were injured, six of whom were firefighters who arrived on the scene.
Residents of neighbouring houses have been ordered to leave due to the possible spread of fire.
