Over the past 24 hours, there have been several incidents at water bodies in Russia that have killed 40 people, including two children, the Emergencies Ministry said in its Telegram channel.
According to information, one of the incidents occurred in Buryatia, where three people who were in a state of alcoholic intoxication drowned at a quarry in the Tulunzha microdistrict.
In the Rostov region, the search continues for a 15-year-old teenager who disappeared while swimming with his mother in an unauthorized area on the Don River.
In Krasnoyarsk region on the river Yenisei fishermen found a drowning man who was carried away by the current. At the moment, work is being carried out to search for him with the participation of divers.
It is also reported about another victim in the Perm region, where a man drowned in the river Serginka. He was in a company that was vacationing in an unmarked area for bathing, and ignored warnings about the prohibition of bathing.
Earlier, the ombudsman of Moscow promised to take action on the situation with two children abandoned in the apartment. Also in the Ministry of health called the number of those remaining in hospitals infected with botulism.
