Lazarevsky District Court chose a preventive measure for 43-year-old blogger from St. Petersburg, Maxim Lyutoy.
According to the joint press service of the Krasnodar Territory courts, the man and his cohabitant lived in Sochi.
The father had a baby on February 11. The baby was delivered without medical care, and the child was not registered. Already on March 8 the child was taken to the hospital because of his bad condition, but died on the way.
The preliminary version of experts said that the cause of the infant's death was extreme exhaustion and pneumonia. The investigators determined that the child had not eaten anything for a long time against the background of the disease.
The court arrested Maxim Lutiy for two months.
It should be noted that earlier the mother of the dead child had been placed under house arrest for two months.
