A 13-year-old schoolboy died in a car accident in Saratov region

On Friday evening in the Saratov region, a car driven by a 13-year-old teenager crashed into a pole. As a result of the accident, a 13-year-old passenger of the car died, TASS reports with reference to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.

According to preliminary information, on November 19, a VAZ-2106 car, driven by a 13-year-old schoolboy, crashed into a pole on a road section 2.5 km from the village of Nevezhkino. The collision killed a 13-year-old passenger of the car.

All the circumstances of the incident are being established.

As specified in the regional prosecutor's office, a 13-year-old teenager from the village of Nevezhkino, Lysogorsky District, Saratov Region, took his mother's car without informing her, and handed the control over to his peer. On a section of the road about 3.5 km from the village of Nevezhkino, the teenager crashed into a pole.
