A Russian cruise ship crashed into a pier in Turkey

There were 668 people aboard the ship at the time of the accident, including 385 passengers and 283 crew and personnel.

Today, January 18, the cruise liner Astoria Grande, which arrived in Turkey from Russia two days ago, crashed into a pier. The liner's first stop was Istanbul, then the ship was heading for Amasra. According to preliminary information, the cause of the accident was a severe storm. There were 668 people on board, 385 passengers and 283 crew members, no injuries.

Repair teams are currently working on the liner to assess the damage. Note that the liner is the only one that sails from Russia abroad.
