More than two hundred Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli strikes.
As of today, 16 May, 202 people have died as a result of Israeli strikes and clashes and riots in the West Bank, WAFA reported, citing the Palestinian Health Ministry.
It is noted that 181 Palestinians died, including 52 children and 31 women. At the same time, 1,225 people were injured. In the West Bank, 21 people were killed and 4,363 injured.
We recall that on 10 May there was unrest at the Al-Aqsa mosque in East Jerusalem, which led to an escalation of the conflict between the Gaza Strip and Israel. Mutual strikes by Palestinian radical groups in Gaza and the Israeli army have been going on for six days now.
