The tragic incident involving the underage girls took place in the evening of 15 April.
Two 16-year-old girls were hit by a rushing train, REN TV reported, citing sources. The incident took place in Lyubertsy, near Moscow.
The driver tried to react and stop the train, but it was no longer possible.
According to the source, the bodies of the minors were found without heads. Investigators will have to look into the circumstances of the incident.
