Valeurs Actuelles: The Elysee Palace received a letter with a human finger

An unknown person sent a letter to the Elysee Palace with a human finger enclosed in an envelope.

According to Valeurs Actuelles, the incident took place on July 9-10 before France's national holiday, Bastille Day (July 14). The finger from the mail attachment was placed by police officers in the refrigerator where they store their food.

So far, the special services do not spread about the specific sender of the letter and the reasons for such extraordinary behavior. It is known that the authorities were able to identify the person to whom the finger sent in the concert belonged. It is specified that the relevant authorities have taken up the incident and its possible initiator, but it is not reported what measures will be applied to him.
