The corpses were found near Bialowieza, and the reasons for their deaths have not yet been disclosed.
The Wyborcza.pl newspaper, citing activist Piotr Chaban, reported today, January 13, that the corpses of three migrants were found on the border between Poland and Belarus. It is reported that the bodies were found near Bialowieza, with two bodies lying next to each other, and the third a few hundred meters away. The causes of death are still unknown.
The press-secretary of the Podlaska police, Edyta Wilczynska, also confirmed the death of migrants, but gave no further details and did not even specify how many people died.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the humanitarian crisis, 30 dead migrants have been found on the border between Poland and Belarus, and another 185 people are officially missing.
