Some of the detainees were released on bail, others will have to appear in court.
The London police detained 64 people during the coronation of Charles III.
All detainees will be charged with certain charges, some will be prosecuted for disorderly conduct and conspiracy to disturb the peace.
“As part of the police action in central London during the coronation, 64 arrests were made on Saturday, May 6, for various violations, including disorderly conduct and conspiracy to disturb the order,” local law enforcement officials said.
In general, 2.2 thousand people attended the coronation.
