Two pilots of the fighter jet that crashed in Saudi Arabia managed to survive.
A Royal Air Force McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle fighter crashed in Saudi Arabia. The crash occurred during exercises at the King Abdul-Aziz airbase in Dhahran.
It is reported that the cause of the accident was a technical malfunction.
The Defense Ministry of Saudi Arabia announced that two pilots of the fighter managed to survive. According to Brigadier General Turki al-Malki, they managed to eject. There were no casualties on the ground as well.
Now the Investigative Committee is investigating the causes of the fighter's crash.
