The tenant of one of the residential buildings in the capital of the Krasnoyarsk region became a punishment for neighbors in the entrance.
According to the portal NGS24.RU, a Krasnoyarsk resident littered his 3-room apartment so that the unpleasant odor spread outside the dwelling.
The incident was recorded in house #17 on Kolomenskaya Street (Leninsky District). At the same time, garbage piles in the windows of the apartment can be seen even from the street. The behavior of a 69-year-old man did not arouse suspicion among neighbors even after the death of his mother. The tenant behaved politely, greeted everyone, but only the mass of boxes seen by attentive neighbors aroused vague suspicions.
Repeated complaints to the management company did not lead to anything. All inquiries were answered with the reply that the owner of the apartment does not open them. Even more alarming was the fact of the man's disappearance since April 10. Residents assume that the neighbor could have died under the garbage piles.
The employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were only able to open the entrance, but to get through the heaps of household waste did not manage.
Earlier it became known that a resident of New Moscow quarreled with a neighbor and on the staircase burned him alive by pouring a flammable mixture.
